Delivery & Returns

Delivery - The following delivery options are available via Royal Mail:

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery up to 2kg £5.50

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery up to 1kg £4.45

Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery with signature required up to 1kg £3.95

Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery up to 2kg £2.85

International Delivery Times - All items will be posted out "Royal Mail Tracked & Signed" which is the international equivalent of First Class

Royal Mail estimated delivery times are as follows

Europe: 3-5 days

Rest of world: We are currently not shipping beyond the UK and EU.

Returns Policy Summary - We operate a 30 day return policy which begins from the date you receive the product. I.e. if you order a Pocket Square in the wrong colour and receive it on June 1st it must be on it's way back to us by June 30th.

Shipping - You (the purchaser) are wholly responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item/s. Original delivery charges from Gifts For Him to you are non-refundable.

Trackable Package - We suggest that you use a trackable shipping method as we cannot provide a refund for items we do not receive.

Returns - To begin the return process please email info@giftsforhim.online and you will be provided the UK address to return the item/s to, as per above all shipping costs will be at the purchasers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions of return - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet please check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, they make some time to process your refund.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund reaches your account.

Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To begin the exchange process send us an email at info@giftsforhim.online and you will be provided the UK address to return the item/s to, all shipping costs including the postage from Gifts For Him will be at the purchasers expense.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, any issues to do with shipping of the returned item must be taken up with the shipping provider, we would not be able to assist you with this.
